As part of our humanitarian response, RDC Nepal, in partnership with Start Fund Nepal, World Vision International Nepal, and ground coordination with local partners- RRPK, BWSN, IRDS and DSWCN, provided winterization support to the most vulnerable families affected by the severe cold wave in Rautahat, Sarlahi, and Mahottari districts.
Through the distribution of winterization kits to 960 households and eco-friendly husk stoves to 100 families, this response aimed to protect lives, reduce winter-related risks, and ensure warmth, safety, and dignity for communities facing extreme cold.
