Summary
Recognizing that sustainable education reform requires collective action, RDC Nepal strengthened collaboration between local governments, schools, parents, and communities through the Equity and Inclusion in Education Project. The organization facilitated planning workshops, coordination meetings, learning fairs, and community engagement initiatives that encouraged municipalities and schools to prioritize inclusive education within their annual plans and School Improvement Plans (SIPs). These efforts created stronger local ownership and accountability for improving education quality.

- Held 500+ coordination meetings with municipalities and ward representatives.
- Facilitated School Improvement Plan (SIP) revision processes incorporating Early Grade Learning activities.

Impact on the Education Sector
